ISCA Con 2013

Not only was it my first convention purely for caricatures, but it marked my first international trip. I figured if I was gonna go anywhere, it'd be someplace where I'd be able to get some work done too :)
Held at the Tradewinds Island Resort, I had an awesome time, made some friends and learnt a whole lot about the trade, the craft and the competition, plus some pretty invaluable tips about long haul flights too.

Though this was entered as a wall piece it wasn't in the competition- I just drew it for me.

The big ISCA convention

The time has come after planing and saving I'm about to head off overseas for the first time, and not just to any old holiday destination. To Florida for the ISCA convention!! So for the next two weeks from the 11th I'll be away from my booth at Luna Park, a fellow caricaturist and good friend of mine will be filling in for the intervening weekends.
