There's something special about our swimmers that among our athletes they seem to occupy an extra special place in our hearts. From Dawn Fraser to Michael Klim and Grant Hackett to Kieran Perkins and of course Ian Thorpe, the hero worship is on a whole other level. Geoff Huegill is and always been kind of a wild card, because his career as been all over the place and I've always been charmed by his goofiness.
To be honest I could have exaggerated that massive spade of a chin even more and the pic would have been hardly effected.

Political cartoons for every occassion 28 March 2011

Well since I recently turned 28 I figured now is a better time than any to begin something of a sojourn into the ironically still viable career of a political cartoonist. It's surprising how many doors along the way are shut along the way to the Great Predestination.

I suppose it all starts very innocently- a miss guided dream becomes one of those "be careful what you wish for" wishes that get granted. The rest is luck and delusion. I can't recommend strong enough getting a real job if you need an excuse not to pursue a line of work you need look no further than this blog. Unless you're born with natural talent it's not worth it.
The following are representations of the crap I have the utter gall my "work" which is far too dignified a title.
