Thirsty Work: My triumphant return to animation

It's been roughly 9 years since I've done anything in the world of animation on anything beyond a hobbyist level scale, while I briefly returned to the world of being an animation student back in 2012 but to paraphrase Jeff Goldblum in Jurassic Park: "Life... gets in the way"

First Convention of 2021: Back to the old Drawing Board

It was a decent hiatus, but it's even better to be back. My bookings are all ready to go and I'm going to be drawing live again for events at upcoming dates and locations around the country.

Get your Ox off

I prefer to base my New Year's Resolution around the Chinese Lunar Calendar, the Gregorian New Year is really no time to be making grandiose announcements regarding dramatic and/or inconsequential lifestyle changes... besides everyone is recovering from hangovers and the holidays are in full swing.

Since it's the Year of the Ox and me fortunate enough to live in Australia (yes it really is the actual lucky country) I figured it'd be perfect timing for me to post a new year's selfie.

Spotify Live 2020

Getting a corporate commission is nothing new for me, but getting a corporate commission from an app I use to stream play music and the occasional podcast from the U.S. itself was a completely new experience, rewarding, fun, a little daunting at times when it came to figuring out the tax code, but I got there in the end and I'm super happy with how it turned out.
